This was our second visit to Foley RV, we traveled all the way from Missouri because of the great job previously done for us. We brought our Airstream Flying Cloud 28RBQ in for some warranty work. Our service manager John suggested we also get a 3 inch lift kit installed since it would help the AS not dragging in the backend as often; which we did also. Our trailer profile was not level with the front up higher than the back when we towed, and we hoped this would also correct that issue. The service department completed all of the work quickly for us and did an excellent job. So glad John suggested the lift kit, it's amazing how it has greatly improved pulling the trailer but also improved our gas mileage by at least 1 mpg! John's help was greatly appreciated and we are loving these great improvements and fixes done to our trailer. Thanks John for providing us with great service once again! We'll be back! - Annonymous
I contacted Foley Airstream of Mississippi regarding constant electrical fluctuations causing strobe lights in the bathroom, refrigerator constantly beeping on and off, Propane/CO sensor alarm going off frequently, televisions turning off at will and radio turning on at will. They told told me John, the Service Manager, would return my call.John Lourenssen, Service Manager, called back within a very short amount of time. We discussed the electrical issues as well as the possibility of adding a 3" lift to my Flying Cloud. I additionally explained that we were only going to be in the area for a short period of time. He scheduled it for service two (2) days later. We dropped our travel trailer off on a Thursday and made reservations at a local hotel for a 4 day stay to allow for the weekend. John called THAT SAME DAY to let us know that Mark located a faulty ground, they had tested it, and the electrical issues WERE SOLVED! They put the lift on Friday morning and Friday afternoon we were able to pick our Camper up and get back on our way!!!This is definitely a 5-Star Service Repair Shop!!!! They are amazing people, fast, efficient, and they go above and beyond to make sure all the repairs are to the customer's satisfaction!! I even got a call from John 3 days later to make sure everything was still working!I would, and will, recommend the Service Repair Shop at Foley Airstream of Mississippi to anyone and everyone in need of service in Mississippi and surrounding states! - Dwight
I was referred to John and Ron by Airstream friends I met at Davis Bayou in Ocean Springs, MS. I purchased an Airstream Caravel in February 2022 and had a poor follow up service experience with another Airstream dealership. I reached out to Ron who referred me to John in service who was able to schedule me in for warranty service within 7 days. I was shocked I could get in so quickly.I had a long list of issues that needed repair after only 4 months. John set expectations with me in our first conversation regarding availability of parts, potential warranty-related scenarios that might come up with corporate as well what things that may/ may not be covered under warranty. After two follow up visits over 7 days(parts had to be ordered), I can happily say EVERYTHING is more than taken care of. I'm more satisfied after my time with Airstream of Mississippi than the first day I purchased the Airstream, and that's saying ALOT!If you would have told me 4 months ago after purchasing an Airstream in South Florida that my "home" dealership for future sales, service and follow up work would be in Gulfport, Mississippi, I wouldn't have believed you. After my experience, I highly recommend to anyone who is considering a purchase or looking for the best, most conscientious, honest and competent service work done on their Airstream, to call AS of Mississippi. Even if you're in Texas, Florida, , Louisiana, Georgia or Alabama, don't hesitate to make the drive. Not only is the dealership a great place with good people, the Gulf Coast is beautiful and worth the visit. - Bob

Airstream of Mississippi's Service Department is great. They found and repaired several roof leaks we developed in our Airstream while snowboarding in AL. Being relatively new to Airstream we had many questions and the Service Manager, John, took the time to answer all of them. He was very patient, gave us his card and told us to call him any time we have questions, even though we did not purchase our Airstream there. AWESOME Customer Service. - Ronald
Recently had segment protectors installed at Foley RV and they did a great job. While there ,John noticed a very serious safety issue with my hitch arrangement. He stopped what he was doing and immediately took care of the issue and without charge. Outstanding service - and basically just a really nice guy. - Robert
